Horned Horses

The Unicorn is much like a (usually white) horse, except it has a horn coming out of its forehead. They symbolize goodness and serenity, and it is said that only the fairest of maidens can befriend a Unicorn. Unicorns have the ability to turn poisonous water into pure, drinkable water by dipping their horn in the body of water.
However, Asian Unicorns are very different. They have multi-colored hair, and may even have Dragon's scales. Unicorns have been described in many different ways, but the one attribute that stays the same is the small horn protruding from the forehead.
Perhaps all hoofed mammals have a Unicorn subspecies, as the variety of records would suggest.
